GasGauge brings the entire multi-chain ecosystem into a single browser extension — secured by 12-word recovery and encryption that never leaves your device.
Built for the serious multi-chain user who wants speed, privacy, and full control — without the bloat.
Your private keys are encrypted with AES-256 and stored only on your device. No syncing, no cloud, no exposure.
Switch between Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Optimism, and more without installing separate wallets.
Standard BIP-39 mnemonic phrase. Your wallet is recoverable on any compatible client — you're never locked in.
Real-time fee estimation across chains so you always pay the right amount — fast lane, standard, or economy.
No analytics, no telemetry, no usage data. GasGauge does not know you exist and that's exactly the point.
Inspect every transaction before signing — addresses, values, contract interactions — no surprises, no blind signing.
No account. No email. No KYC. Just install and go.
Add GasGauge to Chrome from the Web Store. The extension is open source — verify the code yourself any time.
Generate a new wallet with a fresh 12-word phrase, or import an existing one. Everything is encrypted locally the moment it's entered.
Enable the EVM networks you use. Add custom RPC endpoints for any chain that isn't built in.
GasGauge injects a standard Web3 provider. Any site that works with MetaMask works with GasGauge.
Security is not a feature — it's the foundation every other part of GasGauge is built on.
GasGauge is architecturally incapable of accessing your keys remotely. There is no server that holds them, no API that retrieves them, and no update that could add one without you seeing it in the open-source code. Your wallet lives on your machine, encrypted with a key only you know.
All EVM-compatible chains are supported. Add any custom RPC alongside the built-ins.
This Privacy Policy explains how GasGauge Wallet ("the extension," "we," "our") handles information when you install and use our browser extension. We are committed to the principle that a wallet should be private by architecture, not just by promise.
We collect nothing. Specifically, GasGauge does not collect:
There are no analytics SDKs, no error-reporting services, and no third-party trackers included in the extension.
All sensitive data is stored exclusively in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local), which is:
chrome.storage.sync)RPC calls (to read balances or broadcast transactions) go directly from your browser to the RPC endpoint you have configured. GasGauge does not operate a relay server, proxy, or any intermediary in that path.
The extension itself makes no outbound connections to GasGauge-operated servers. The only network requests it makes are the ones you initiate — connecting to RPC endpoints and querying block explorers you have chosen.
If you use a public RPC endpoint (e.g. a chain's default public node), that provider may log your IP address and request data according to their own privacy policy. We recommend using a self-hosted or privacy-preserving RPC if this is a concern.
GasGauge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect no information at all, there is nothing to delete, but if you believe a minor has installed the extension, please .
If we ever change how GasGauge handles data, we will update this page and note the date at the top. Because the extension is open source, any change in data handling would also be visible in the public repository before it reaches users.
